He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Agra University, a Degree in International Business from Pondicherry University, and Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harward Business School.

Under his leadership, companies like Briskon and Formiverse have seen significant growth, expanding their customer base, organization size, and scope of operations. Junain has been pivotal in expanding the company from strength to strength, steadily increasing its customer base, organizational size, and scope of operations.

Junain holds a master’s degree in physics and an MBA from BIT (Mesra), Ranchi. He is also the recipient of several prominent awards, like the Indian Leadership Award, the Bharath Gaurav Award, the Mother Teresa Business Excellence Award, and the Rajiv Gandhi Shiromani Award.
